Eligibilities: MMPSY 2021
The economically weaker sections whose monthly income is Rs 15000 or annual income of Rs 1,80,000/- and families with land up to 2 hectares have been included in this scheme by the Haryana State Government. Apart from this, small businessmen are also being included by the Haryana government. In this scheme, every registered family will be provided financial assistance of Rs.6000/- annually.
Along with Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana 2021, 5 insurance schemes like crop insurance, life security insurance, pension insurance, etc. have also been added by the Haryana government so that maximum benefits can be made available to the people. How to apply: MMPSY 2021
For Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana 2021, the head of the family will have to register by filling a simple form online on the web portal. Details of family members like income and occupation information will also have to be provided. To apply for this scheme, you can go to any Saral Kendra, C.S.C., Antyodaya Kendra, and can be done in your own home.
- For application go to the official website and id. Login with the password.
- Click on Apply for Scheme option available on the web portal.
- Enter the family identity card number and send it to the OTP. Verify the OTP with the Mobile no. of the head of the family.
- Fill all the columns given in the application form and upload the required documents.
- After printing the application form, the application process of Mukhyamantri Parivar Samridhi Yojana 2021 will be completed.
- If the print is lost, the print of the application form can be taken out through the family identity card number in this portal.
Benefits: MMPSY 2021
- 6000/- per year will be provided to each eligible family under this scheme.
- All eligible members in the age group of 18-50 years are covered under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana. The premium for this insurance is paid Rs 330/- per annum out of the above amount.
- Accidental insurance is provided to eligible members in the age group of 18-70 years under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, whose premium is Rs 12 per annum.
- Under this scheme, the pension will be paid at the rate of 3000 / - per month on the completion of 60 years of a family member, for which the family will contribute between 55 to 200 per month.
- The family can get this amount in their account or can choose to invest in the provident fund. This investment will be done by the Haryana government, whose return will be provided to the family in the future.
