#1 Gmail UNDO 

Many times an e-mail is sent due to typing error or writing the e-mail address of an incorrect recipient. To avoid this kind of trouble, use Gmail's undo option. To use this feature, set the timings of the undo tab in the general option given in the settings of Gmail. Its limit is about 30 seconds, that is, after sending any e-mail, you can delete the e-mail from the recipient's account for 30 seconds. The notification of undoing email will be displayed on the inbox window for 30 seconds after the email is sent.

A feature has also been provided in Gmail with the help of which you can delete the sent email in a given time. Just as our story gets deleted automatically after 24 hours in the social media application Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram etc., this feature of Gmail automatically deletes such set of emails from the recipient's inbox. Let us know how it is used. Before sending the email, a button appears in the Compose window, which has a shape like a lock. By clicking on it, you can set the time for the email to be deleted. By default, its time is one week, but you can set one day or more according to your need. After setting, an email will be automatically deleted at the scheduled time.

This is a very important and attractive feature of Gmail. Many times you must have seen that an email comes from a well-known company, at the end of the email, wishes of the sender of the company, a link is given to the website of the company, which makes that email quite formal and attractive. Such labels are called signatures. You can also add signature to your email which will be put at the end of every email. This feature of Gmail is very useful during vacation time. Suppose you take long leave from office. In these days, if someone emails you from office work, then the message should be sent to him that you are on leave. CC means carbon copy and BCC means blind carbon copy. This is a common feature of Gmail but it is a very useful feature and not many people are aware of it. Let us know this by example. Suppose you want to send an email to 10 people and you want 6 of these people to secretly send and the remaining 4 recipients do not know about it. For this, you will have to write the email of 4 recipients in CC rather than the email of the remaining 6 people in BCC. These options appear on the right side when you compose an email.

With this feature of Gmail, you can forward your email to another email for a few days. For this, you have to go to Gmail's settings and type a new email (which you want to email in the coming days) in the Forward option. After this, a verification code will be sent to this new email, which will be triggered on verification.
